WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Develop an advanced understanding of beverage manufacturing and distribution process.
  • Ensure prompt correspondence to all forms of consumer communications.
  • Reconcile wholesale distributor defective product claims.
  • Issue product reimbursement to consumers as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal Operations Team, co-packers, and warehouses to resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Compile complaint data and share trends with internal staff.
  • Maintain monthly scorecard data for each Contract Manufacturer
  • Identify sources of product defects and participate in root cause identification and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the validation of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
  • Be the first interaction with any telephone, email and online customer inquiries.

Applicants currently employed by Carbliss wholesalers or distributors must obtain written approval from their employer to be considered for this position.

This full-time, 40-hour per week role is Monday through Friday and offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days working from home and three days working in the office each week.
