Job Title: Lead Expert D&T SAP Authorizations
City, Country: Barcelona, Spain
Within the Transactional Core / SAP Platform Services Cluster, you will be designing authorizations for new functionalities requested in changes and in projects.
Based on business processes, business roles and governance policies, you ensure that new authorizations meet Segregation of Duties requirements and you minimize business risks.
New roles can be built by you but mostly this is done by another team. You ensure that the new authorizations built, are meeting the requirements.You work together with teams building new SAP functionalities, Internal control, SAP Security and colleagues in the same domain.
Your key responsibilities
* Designing authorizations and ensuring that the GRC ruleset is enforced.
* Follow up on Segregation of Duties risk violation remediation efforts, including reducing the number of risks as well as working with risk owners to define and implement mitigating controls. Maintain and improve processes around Segregation of Duty
* Analyzing business processes and user needs and making authorization designs for various (on-premise and cloud) SAP systems
* Identify and address SAP authorization risks and areas of concerns
* Provide all audit required documentation including change logs and procedures adhering to audit requirements
* Participate in chapter or cluster activities on generic and overarching topics, relevant for all SAP Authorizations aspects.
* Mitigate risks identified for FireFighter exceptions, take actions to resolve identified risks
* Lead authorization activities for platform, program or project and act as team coordinator for the design authorization team (30% of time)

You bring
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT degree and 10 years relevant IT experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands on SAP Security technical experience predominantly in SAP GRC 12.x for role design and it controls.
* Experience needed in configuring roles in back end systems, experience in role maintenance
* Experience in SAP CUA management (Solution Manager)
* Experience in Identity Management (SAP)
* Strong and solid understanding of SAP GRC modules and have prior hands-on experience in creating Rule sets and BRF configuration.
* Proficient in MSMP, BRF+, decision tables, workflow setup and risk ruleset maintenance
* Experience with managing activities executed by other teams, validating that output is meeting requirements.
* Understanding GRC reporting, experience with discussing GRC reporting with auditors and Internal control
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments, proactive work ethics
* Self-motivated team player or self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Experience working with geographically dispersed clients and resources or International Experience
* Experience in managing and driving a team.
