Legal Intern Shanghai China Your key responsibilities * Contract and legal documents review and translation; * Manage corporate secretary works, including but not limited to, draft corporate documents, manage government procedures, company chop etc.; * Support department administration, including but not limited to, document filing, data input/encoding; * Other tasks as might be assigned from time to time.
