This position acts as a vital link between clients and internal teams, coordinating projects, managing commercial data, and handling routine client inquiries. Your key responsibilities:
* Support Sales Executives with day‑to‑day administration, account management, and commercial activities
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling routine inquiries and ensuring timely follow‑up
* Coordinate client projects and orders, liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth execution
* Prepare, maintain, and update commercial documentation, records, and customer data
* Monitor contracts, pricing, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Assist with reporting, data analysis, and sales performance tracking
* Support the resolution of customer issues and contribute to continuous process improvement

You bring:
* Bachelor's degree; 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Account Coordinator or in a similar role
* Strong computer literacy
* In‑depth knowledge and practical application of sales working processes, policies, and rules
* Good understanding of the business environment, sales mission, and the respective roles within the sales organization
* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, primarily in a back‑office or support capacity; strong team player able to collaborate across multiple functions
* Highly organized, rigorous, and detail‑oriented, with proficiency in English, French and the local language
