Job title – Snr Specialist, Mktg & Insights, APAC, HNC Location – Singapore To accelerate the growth of the Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) business through customer centric, science-backed solutions, the Specialist, Marketing & Insights, APAC plays an important role in the management of CRM, data analytics, consumer insights, marketing communications, and digital transformation. This role is an important enabler for business growth and solution selling across key segments in taste and health solutions. Your Key Responsibilities: Market & Consumer Insights (Health & Taste) * Drive growth opportunities by translating insights into action, market mapping and segmentation, establishing a center of intelligence in APAC through strong data management and analytics. * Monitor market evolution, flavor trends, and consumer expectations to proactively develop taste opportunities in APAC, in line with strategy and pipeline * Support go-to-market objectives and accelerate business transformation through optimizing and developing best-in-class digital solutions with a strong focus on CRM and tools to meet business needs in APAC. Data Analytics & Reporting * Take on the role of regional CRM champion, analyze customer data and provide day-to-day support for regional team. * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for marketing performance tracking. * Generate business reports and perform data analysis and visualization to support decision-making across the region * Ensure data accuracy, and consistency, and use analytics to assess the effectiveness of regional initiatives. * Provide user support and training for internal teams on marketing and digital tools. Marketing Communications * Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC * Support the APAC organization in key trade shows and conferences, customer innovations workshops while ensuring regional relevance and adherence to global guidelines and brand tonality. You Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field * Strong understanding of structured data (tables, keys, joins, aggregation) * Proven ability to clean, normalize, and validate large datasets from multiple sources * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI will be advantageous. * Expertise in designing and leveraging consumer insights and digital tools to support business strategy, drive customer engagement, and identify growth accelerators. * Demonstrated capability in driving digital transformation and leveraging data analytics for customer engagement. * Proven track record in planning, implementing, and managing strategic communication plans across multiple countries in Asia Pacific and/or globally. * Experience in B2B specialty chemicals, particularly within the human nutrition and health or flavour industry, will be an advantage. * Open to working in regional or global organizations with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultures.
