EXPERIENCE
7+ years in financial services -asset management, banking, wealth management, broking, or related sectors

Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional to manage and grow relationships with institutional clients and family offices. The incumbent will be responsible for driving AUM growth, acquiring new institutional mandates, and delivering a best-in-class client experience in their respective market. Candidates with a strong track record of managing institutional or large-pool client relationships across financial services are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deepen existing relationships with institutional clients including corporates, trusts, family offices, endowments, and HNI/UHNI family pools
  • Identify and acquire new institutional mandates
  • Understand client investment objectives and provide suitable product recommendations aligned with DSP's fund offerings
  • Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to structure solutions for complex institutional requirements
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments relevant to institutional flows
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk & compliance frameworks
  • Represent DSP Mutual Fund at industry forums, client events, and investment committee meetings


What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services- asset management, private banking, wealth management, broking, or allied sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of managing institutional clients, large corporates, or family office relationships
  • Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes- mutual funds, fixed income, equity, or equivalent
  • Existing relationships with institutional investors or family offices in the respective city is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • NISM Series V-A certified (preferred); willingness to certify if not already done
