  • Location: Hybrid (Deer Park, TX)
  • Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST); Monday through Friday
  • Pay Rate: $25 

  • Serve as a trusted technical resource on-site, by phone, and via email
  • Manage day-to-day technology operations including network, email, and software systems
  • Support macOS/macOS Server, Windows Desktop/Server, iOS devices, Google Console, and VMware
  • Install and troubleshoot desktops, servers, printers, and peripherals
  • Configure and maintain Workgroup Manager, Open Directory, Active Directory, and Google Console
  • Repair or replace non-functioning computer equipment
  • Maintain and upgrade networking equipment as needed
  • Deploy and support software updates while ensuring license compliance
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical security of all assets
  • Support interactive teaching solutions (boards and projectors)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer technology or a related field
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in computer hardware and software installation and maintenance preferred
  • Experience deploying software via Network, Server, or MDM-based tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow written, diagrammed, or verbal instructions
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
