Do you enjoy bringing order to a busy day, solving problems, and helping others succeed? Sunrise Acceptance is looking for an Administrative Supervisor who leads by example, notices the details, and knows that a strong team makes all the difference.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity, not a role spent watching from the sidelines. You’ll guide our administrative team, help employees build their skills, and keep the behind-the-scenes work supporting our customers running smoothly. Where you’ll make a difference
• Bring out the best in your team. Coach employees, set clear expectations, and help people grow.
• Keep the day moving. Balance priorities, coordinate workloads, and pitch in when the team needs a hand.
• Get the important details right. Oversee account-support work such as titles, insurance, payments, credit bureau reporting, bankruptcies, and monthly reports, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Be someone others can count on. Help resolve customer and employee concerns, keep reports and time records on track, and work closely with the GM & VP of Collections.

You’re organized, approachable, and comfortable making decisions. You communicate clearly, follow through, and treat people with patience and respect, even when the day gets busy.
• Relevant experience: At least two years in an office, customer service, or related field. Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Everyday strengths: Attention to detail, sound judgment, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and clear written and spoken English.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Practical requirements: A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and availability to work on-site, including weekends or additional hours as business needs require.

• This full-time position generally requires working Monday through Friday, as well as Saturdays that fall on month end. Pay is based on qualifications and experience, generally beginning between $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
