→Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
→Schedule a variety of appointments for practitioners, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
→Proactively reach out to members to remind them of upcoming appointments, follow up on care instructions, and reschedule or cancel visits as needed.
→Assist with patient message callbacks, delivering timely and thoughtful responses.
→Foster strong, trusting relationships with members, caregivers, clinical staff, and vendor partners.
→Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all member interactions in our systems.
→Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive a seamless and supportive experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, member-first mindset.
Previous experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare-related role preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using scheduling software and electronic health systems (training provided).
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
