As part of our overall growth strategy and following the success of our Maritime business unit, we are now looking for a maritime sales professional to join our existing team in our Hamburg office.
About the Role
~1 min read- Be part of a dedicated, maritime focused business unit that has a suite of enviable financial services, tailored for the industry. With significant growth already achieved and more products in development for launch in H2 2026, there has never been a more exciting time for Ebury Maritime.

- Have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within the maritime industry, or within cross-border financial services (ideally selling to global maritime clients).
- Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills.
- Are able to develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment; presenting key selling points, features and benefits.
- Are a skilled negotiator and communicator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels, including C-suite, within international companies.
- Are relationship focused, nurturing long-term commercial relationships resulting in repeat business and network referrals.
- Have a good understanding of the needs and goals that a business has from a cash management, treasury & budgeting perspective.
- Speak fluent German & English
