Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist with expertise in Finacle Core Banking Systems to ensure the stability and optimal performance of Finacle 11x and related applications. The role involves production support, proactive monitoring, and issue resolution while adhering to SLAs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle databases and Unix/Linux environments, along with a solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Finacle Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with Finacle 10x or higher versions. 
- Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. 
- Unix/Linux Skills: Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands. 
- Application Support: Proven experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) for application-related issues. 
- SLA Adherence: Experience in ensuring production issue resolution within SLA timelines. 
- Workflow Configuration: Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration. 
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Good to Have Skills (Optional)
- Banking Domain Knowledge: Exposure to the banking industry or experience in related applications. 
- Experience in Finacle 11x: Familiarity with the latest versions of Finacle for added advantage.

Qualification & Description
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred. 
- Responsibilities: 
  - Ensure application stability and operational support for Finacle systems. 
  - Deliver service in compliance with SLAs for incidents and service requests. 
  - Proactively monitor and troubleshoot production systems to resolve issues promptly. 
  - Maintain accurate and timely resolution of production issues and perform root cause analysis for long-term fixes. 
  - Collaborate with managers and team members to maintain system availability and reliability. 

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage and support critical applications in a fast-paced environment while ensuring system stability and meeting SLA commitments.
