UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

• → Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
• →Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• →Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
• →Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
• →Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adherence to the company’s safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).
• →Assist in liaising with the Contract & Claims Unit on matters related to claims and payment processes.

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.
