Joining:Immediate joining/ within 48 hours of selection. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries for US-based e-commerce accounts. Resolve issues related to orders,deliveries,returns,and refunds efficiently. Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and accurate CRM documentation. Willing to work in rotational shifts (US time zone). Requirements: Excellent English communication skills Comfortable working in rotational shifts(US Process) Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Salary-₹28,000 CTC (for freshers) to ₹34,000 CTC (for experienced - depending upon total experience and last drawn salary) Shift-Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM; Rotational for males) 6 days of working Accommodation provided for outstation ( 5 days of guest house stay)
