About the Role

The Global Talent Acquisition team is on a large-scale global transformation journey. As an intern, you will support this agenda by contributing to the successful implementation of the Workday solution, including change adoption, testing, and process optimization. During this project you will contribute to creating an engaging and seamless career site that attracts top talent globally. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in comprehensive transformation journeys within the Talent Ecosystem by supporting a global key digital, change, and operational initiative. We're looking for someone who can bring structure to creativity, combining innovative talent attraction ideas with strong project management skills to ensure concepts become reality. You will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Communications, and business teams.

 

What you’ll work on:


  • Participate in the global Workday Talent Acquisition implementation, contributing to testing, validation, user adoption, and the optimization of future-state recruitment processes supported by a state-of-the-art AI and Tech stack.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute change management and communication initiatives that drive engagement and adoption of new Talent Acquisition capabilities.
  • Support data migration and governance activities, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and readiness of talent acquisition data within the new system landscape.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-ready insights that help communicate project progress, key findings, and transformation outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Co-create, test, and continuously enhance the global career site, leveraging user insights and analytics to improve candidate experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Develop compelling employer branding and talent marketing content across multiple channels, translating business priorities and employee stories into engaging candidate communications – check out @lifeatelectrolux to learn more.
  • Co-create and roll out talent attraction campaigns, utilizing data and performance metrics to optimize reach, effectiveness, and return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting, talent marketing, and career site performance data, generating insights and recommendations that support strategic Talent Acquisition decisions.
  • How organizational change and transformation programs are designed and delivered
  • Change management methodologies and employee adoption strategies
  • Digital project management fundamentals, including testing, data migration, global roll out and hyper-care phases.
  • Talent marketing and employer branding in a multinational organization
  • Communications and storytelling techniques for global audiences
  • Digital content creation and engagement strategies
  • How to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment

We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for Electrolux Group.

 

Who you are:


  • Active Bachelor's or Master’s student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Management, Organizational Psychology, Media, Project Management, or a related field
  • Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period, with an expected graduation date from Dec 2027 onwards.
  • Interested in organizational change, HR project management, digital transformation, and talent marketing and communications.
  • Creative and comfortable developing content for different audiences and channels.
  • Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, SharePoint, or other digital content creation tools (video, images) is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)


Where you’ll be:

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
