Execute the marketing strategy within a Country Team, structuring creative challenges and action plans

Design, optimize, and localize marketing assets (posts, banners, ads) while aligning with creatives and community management

Track and optimize Paid Social and landing page performance (CTR, conversion rate, AOV)

Manage Influencer Marketing and TV spot production (briefs, performance tracking, voiceover localization with global teams)

Coordinate cross-functional projects, including marketplace partnerships, ROAS alignment, and stakeholder communication.

Canva or similar design tools

Excel proficiency

Basic mathematical understanding

Salary of $18,000 (MXN)
