We are Emma – The Sleep Company. One of Europe's fastest-growing start-ups, we are now the world's leading D2C sleep brand. In 2020 our revenue grew from €150 to €405 million. We're pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep. And we want your help to pull it off.

For our recently launched Mexico Office, we are looking for highly ambitious and motivated people that are looking for a great challenge. Emma is exactly the right place for you if you want to be part of the exciting journey to make Emma the leading sleep-tech company in Latin America. We want your ideas to have impact from the first day so that we can together chase growth and ambitious goals.

You will support the implementation and optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will coordinate with external partners, including warehouses, couriers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will identify operational weaknesses and propose improvements to enhance processes and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing operational and logistics projects.

You like to think and act rationally and effectively

You have a very good command of Excel

You are fluent in English and Spanish

You are motivated and eager to learn
