Min 10 – 14 years of Experience
Proven experience managing Hybris, .NET, Azure platforms, and Dynatrace for application operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion in fast-paced environments.
Strong technical leadership skills with expertise in application architecture, planning, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support.
Experience in continuous improvement and driving process optimization in technology and product management.
Expertise in mentoring and developing team members, managing resources, and aligning technology with business goals.
In-depth knowledge of web technologies, emerging trends, and the ability to stay current with industry best practices.
Ability to analyze performance and operational data to derive actionable insights for system optimization and business value
Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
