| Position Summary: | The Associate IT Research Professional provides support to a growing business and emerging IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing IT support in the following areas: • Respond to IT helpdesk tickets: o Support local and remote users o Install software on Windows • Assist with employee IT infrastructure: o Configure employee workstation/laptop configuration o Configure employee accounts / active directory • Assist with hardware and software procurement and inventory management • Perform basic system and user administration tasks for Windows Server • Troubleshoot, assemble, repair and configure Intel based workstations, servers and peripheral equipment |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
• High School graduate plus four years of relevant experience (diverse, progressive administrative) and training, OR an associate degree plus two years of relevant experience and training, OR a Bachelor's and no previous experience required |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
