As a Bilingual Enrollment Advisor, you’ll guide prospective families through K–12 online schooling options through a blend of inbound and outbound calls. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor by assessing family needs, recommending best-fit programs, and supporting families through the enrollment process, including documentation, school requirements, and deadlines, while delivering an exceptional experience and meeting performance goals.
- Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from families interested in enrolling, determining best options, sharing details about various online schooling options.
- Developing relationships with parents as an educational advisor and consultant generating and enhancing interest in the various client products and services
- Requesting and closing the sale of parents/primary caregivers relative to the best solution for their situation
- Meeting key performance indicators for employee attendance, phone productivity, enrollments, call quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and schedule adherence
- Escalating issues in a timely manner
- Assessing family needs, recommending the best-fit program, and driving enrollment by effectively communicating value and next steps.
- Closes sales while delivering exceptional experience and meeting key performance goals.
- Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication proficiency (equivalent to CEF C1 level or above).
- Computer knowledge and multi-tasking with internet navigation skills
- 18 years or older with a High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willing to accept Full time, 40 hours a week
- Must reside within approved state*
- Able to work from home with Home Internet that meets the following requirements:
- 30 Mbps download
- 15 Mbps upload
- 100ms ping or less
- Cable, Fiber, or DSL only (no mobile broadband, hotspot, satellite, or point-to-point)
- WiFi is allowed; wired connection required if WiFi becomes unstable
- Successful candidates will be required to complete and pass a CLEAR™ identity verification as part of the pre-employment screening process
- Must be able to enroll in and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Okta with Microsoft Authenticator for secure access to company systems.
- College degree or some college completed, preferred
- 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferred

During your paid 2 week training you will learn:
- Understanding differences between public and private charter schools, home schooling, and other product offerings with the ability to describe the differences to potential customers
- Providing recommendations to parents/primary caregivers on which school solution is the best for their situation
- You will learn about our Knowledge Base to keep up to date with frequent changes to schools and their enrollment policies and procedures, messaging these appropriately to parents/primary caregivers

Un día típico en el rol
· Realizar llamadas salientes y atender llamadas entrantes de familias interesadas en inscribirse, identificando las mejores opciones y compartiendo información sobre diferentes alternativas de educación virtual.
· Desarrollar relaciones con padres y cuidadores principales, actuando como asesor y consultor educativo, generando y fortaleciendo el interés en los distintos productos y servicios del cliente.
· Guiar a padres y cuidadores principales hacia la mejor solución según sus necesidades y completar el proceso de inscripción.
· Cumplir con indicadores clave de desempeño relacionados con asistencia, productividad telefónica, inscripciones, calidad de llamadas, satisfacción del cliente, lealtad del cliente y cumplimiento de horarios.
· Escalar situaciones o incidencias de manera oportuna.
· Evaluar las necesidades de cada familia, recomendar el programa más adecuado e impulsar las inscripciones mediante una comunicación efectiva del valor y los siguientes pasos.
· Alcanzar objetivos de inscripción mientras se brinda una experiencia excepcional al cliente.
Sobre ti
· Excelente nivel de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés y español (equivalente al nivel CEF C1 o superior).
· Conocimientos informáticos y capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas con habilidades de navegación por internet.
· Tener 18 años o más y diploma de High School o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia
· Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo (40 horas semanales).
· Residir en uno de los estados aprobados*.
· Capacidad para trabajar desde casa con servicio de internet que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:
- 30 Mbps de descarga
- 15 Mbps de carga
- Ping de 100 ms o menos
· Tener conexión por cable, fibra óptica o DSL (no se permite internet móvil, hotspot, ni conexiones point-to-point).

Nuestro enfoque de formación
Durante las 2 semanas de capacitación remunerada aprenderás a:
· Comprender las diferencias entre escuelas charter públicas y privadas, homeschooling y otras opciones educativas, con la capacidad de explicar dichas diferencias a potenciales clientes.
· Brindar recomendaciones a padres y cuidadores principales sobre cuál opción educativa se adapta mejor a su situación.
· Utilizar nuestra Knowledge Base para mantenerte actualizado sobre cambios frecuentes en escuelas, políticas y procesos de inscripción, comunicando esta información de manera adecuada a padres y cuidadores principales.
Compensación
El salario es de 16 dólares la hora. Utilizamos información salarial basada en encuestas nacionales y específicas de la industria para determinar la compensación. Además, consideramos factores como tarifas del mercado externo, presupuesto del puesto y salarios actuales de empleados que desempeñan funciones similares. Algunas posiciones pueden incluir compensación variable.
