Applications Systems Analyst

EnergyUnited is seeking an experienced Applications Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and maintain our enterprise applications. This role serves as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring systems are optimized to meet organizational needs.

You’ll play a critical role in system implementation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and supporting end users across the company.

• →Analyze business needs and recommend effective system solutions
• →Lead and support application development, implementation, and upgrades
• →Manage testing, documentation, training, and process improvements
• →Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and prioritize enhancements
• →Monitor system performance, including nightly processes and special job runs
• →Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with software licensing
• →Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
• →Provide ongoing support and training to end users
• →Track project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders
