Key Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy & Control

  • Ensure inventory is correctly labeled, stored in assigned locations, and systemically updated in the WMS/ERP.
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate inventory variances, shortages, damages, or location errors and implement corrective actions.

Inbound & Outbound Support

  • Coordinate with Inbound teams to ensure returned exhibits are properly received, inspected, and checked back into inventory.
  • Validate inventory availability prior to outbound order release to confirm assets are show‑ready and shippable.
  • Flag inventory risks that may impact project timelines or order fulfillment.

Order Readiness & Coordination

  • Partner with Warehouse Administrative Clerks and Outbound Managers to ensure exhibit orders are fully supported by available inventory.
  • Verify that kits, configurations, and special components are complete and ready for fulfillment.
  • Assist with resolving last‑minute inventory conflicts or substitutions when needed.

Workload Planning & Optimization

  • Provide inventory visibility to support scheduling and labor planning decisions.
  • Identify slow‑moving, high‑use, or constrained inventory to improve utilization and flow.
  • Support managers with data related to inventory capacity, availability, and upcoming demand.

Systems & Documentation

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in inventory management and warehouse systems.
  • Maintain documentation related to inventory movement, adjustments, damages, and reclassifications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics (exhibit/trade show experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse processes.
  • Experience using WMS or ERP systems; Excel proficiency required.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with warehouse teams and leadership.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting with regular walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
  • Flexibility to support peak exhibit seasons, including extended hours as business demands.
