What You’ll Do: The Regional Manager is responsible for all aspects of the program operations who support people with disabilities toward increased independence by achieving their desired levels of physical/social inclusion throughout their community.  This highly visible leadership role will establish and cultivate strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the local community with a focus on developing and planning both traditional and non-traditional activities outside of the participants home that support the educational, enrichment, or recreational goals. Key responsibilities include: Develop creative strategies to assist individuals in reaching their desired outcome(s).  Strategize with Director to create program growth, oversee consumer enrollment qualifications, and all activities that align with strategic goals of the Participants and the overall program.   Oversee monthly vehicle inspections.  Oversee daily electronic documentation of services rendered to ensure accurate and timely billing.  Supervise the transportation of program participants to and from community activities.    Supervise/ train CI Direct Support Professionals, including monitoring staff performance to determine needs for improvement.  Monitor program revenue and expenses and actively manage program to achieve budget outcomes.   Coordinate delivery of services with Participant, families, Support Coordinators, group homes and other stakeholders involved with the participant’s service.    Ensure program operations are in full compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing and reporting standards and policy and procedures.  Who You Are: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and minimum of 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience. Skills: Ability to plan, coordinate and make strategic decisions   Knowledge of community - based programs   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Creative problem-solving skills; strong organization skills; attention to detail. This role requires driving as an essential function. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements.
