Head of School – Enko Maputo

Location: Maputo, Mozambique

Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Director Schools' Performance

Enko Maputo is a vibrant, multicultural school in Mozambique offering high-quality international curriculum pathways (including IB programmes and Cambridge/CAIE pathways). We prepare our students to gain admission to the world’s most prestigious universities while remaining deeply grounded in African values and community spirit.

As the Head of School at Enko Maputo, you will be the primary instructional leader and cultural champion of the campus. You will lead the pedagogical vision, inspire teachers, ensure student retention, and foster an environment of high academic standards.

Your core mission as Head of School will focus directly on instructional leadership, academic excellence, continuous pedagogical development, and compliance with accreditation standards (IB, CAIE, and local Mozambican regulations). To allow you to concentrate fully on learning and teaching (L&T) quality and student outcomes, dedicated School Partners (in Marketing, Finance, and HR) manage the operational and business aspects of the campus alongside local support leads. Throughout your journey, you will report to your Director Schools' Performance, leverage the technical guidance of L&T Central Experts, and thrive within a collaborative pan-African network of Enko Heads of School.
