Ennoble Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Intake Coordinator to join our team in the Marlton, NJ office. This role is essential in managing patient intake processes, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Take care of and monitor prior authorization requests
- →Communicate as needed with patients to obtain insurance information
- →Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information.
- →Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.
- →Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.
- →Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period.
- →Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- →Successfully collaborates and communicates with coworkers from various departments
- →Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary remotely.
- Knowledge of Insurances Knowledge of coding and clinical operating policies.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications with proficient skills in computer navigation and typing.
- Ability to understand and interpret policies and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret medical charts.
- Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
