Lead, Site EHS

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and program oversight to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements at the Entegris Reno site. This role champions the development, implementation, and management of programs and processes that promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.

The EHS Lead provides guidance and technical expertise to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal standards and professional best practices. This position oversees site-wide EHS initiatives, including corporate program implementation, training, incident investigation, auditing, and performance evaluation.

In addition, the EHS Lead plays a key role in fostering a proactive culture of EHS excellence by driving employee engagement and securing leadership alignment. This position champions sustainable, environmentally responsible operations and serves as a core member of the site’s EHS leadership structure, including emergency response and safety committees.

· Compensation: $105,000- 135,000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidates overall skills for the role
