About the Role
~1 min readResponsible for building and managing the operational infrastructure that enables Danone Medical Nutrition’s marketing org to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative work efficiently, consistently and at scale. This role is brand-agnostic & owns the workflows, systems, tools, processes, resource planning, and project governance that enable creative work to move from intake to final delivery. While this role does not own creative strategy direction, it ensures the right work is prioritized, resourced, effectively managed, & delivered on time, within scope, on brand, & within budget.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a key member of our team, you will play an important role in driving our mission forward. The following responsibilities outline the core expectations and contributions for this position:
- Lead end-to-end creative intake, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery processes.
- Establish clear criteria for evaluating requests based on business priority, strategic value, urgency, effort, and available capacity.
- Develop/manage project timelines, ensuring work is delivered on time & within scope.
- Establish standardized creative briefs, workflows, approvals, and handoffs.
- Manage competing priorities while balancing business needs and creative capacity.
- Facilitate prioritization of conversations and decisions when demand exceeds available capacity.
- Forecast creative demand across all brands and capacity across internal teams, agencies, freelancers, production partners, and other external resources.
- Identify current and future resource gaps and recommend the appropriate staffing or sourcing model. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.
- Manage scopes, estimates, timelines, and utilization of external creative partners in partnership with Creative, Marketing stakeholders, and Finance.

- Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end creative workflows, including intake, briefing, assignment, development, review, approval, production, delivery, and archiving.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, templates, and governance.
- Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 12 pounds.
- While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs.
- This role is primarily performed in a remote office setting and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or standing) for extended periods. \
- The employee may be required to travel to Danone corporate offices as needed.
The salary range for this position is $76,000-126,000K USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. To give our employees flexibility, Danone is a hybrid work environment.This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or related.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Production Management.
- 2–4 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience supporting in-house creative teams or creative agencies.
- Strong understanding of creative development and production processes.
- Expertise with project management platforms and workflow tools.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled creative workflow solutions.
- Strategic systems thinker who anticipates needs, removes friction, creates scalable solutions, thrives on building scalable processes, improving team productivity, and using data to continuously enhance creative performance.
- Prepared to provide recommendations and a point-of-view on prioritization. Set appropriate expectations about deliverables for stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Experience securing and onboarding agencies, freelancers, and production resources as needed to support Marketing priorities in line with budget.
- Sizing and prioritizing creative work and determining resource capacity
- Experience designing operational process that allows teams to increase velocity and to scale.
- Leveraging systems/tools to set appropriate expectations for stakeholders, track progress, and measure success.
