• →Make ~150 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
• →Set meetings for our outside sales team and help move deals forward.
• →Reconnect with past clients for service check-ins and renewal opportunities.
• →Maintain detailed documentation within CRM, managing various sales opportunities and tracking customer interactions.
• →Collaborate with outside sales and operations to ensure a great customer experience.

• Strong communication and phone skills: confident, clear, and personable.
• Organized and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bonus: Background in technical, industrial, or B2B sales.
