- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is an advantage.
