Purpose of Job
The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be a part of Equitable Bank’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. The primary responsibilities of this role will include designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, integrations, and the platform in general.
The Senior ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of major ServiceNow features and modules. This role operates with some degree of autonomy, owning feature-level solutions and driving technical excellence within the team.
The Senior Engineer also mentors junior engineers and administrators and works collaboratively with all team members while enforcing best practices within the platform. The incumbent will also collaborate across teams to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
