We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our customers connected, secure, and supported 24/7.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—monitoring, troubleshooting and optimising a wide range of technologies across data, voice, and security platforms.You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to enterprise-grade environments, giving you the opportunity to grow your technical capability while making a tangible impact every day.

 

  • Proactively monitor network systems and dashboards, responding to alerts before they become issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network faults across LAN, WAN, wireless and security environments
  • Manage incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Perform planned maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes across the network
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (carriers/vendors) to resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and problem management to prevent recurring incidents
  • Continuously improve monitoring, automation, and NOC processes
  • Ensure systems and services meet security best practices and ISO standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
  •  

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
  • 3+ years’ experience in network support or operations (ideally within Telco or MSP environments)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, wireless, security)
  • Experience with MPLS and BGP
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive, curious approach—you don’t just fix problems, you look to prevent them
