The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is accountable for providing high-quality support to external & internal customers, and organizing all technical operations support. He oversees Equativ's business-enabling functions (Technical Operations, Customer Support, Quality) with the following main responsibilities:

Building a scalable organization that optimizes resource allocation and embeds technical expertise at a regional level

Identifying operational bottlenecks, resolving them, or escalating them to Executive Committee / CEO when appropriate

Facilitating alignment across the group, and especially between strategic guidance (CSO), commercial execution (CRO) and product / technical capabilities (CPO)
As part of a broader AI transformation initiative led at group level, we are looking for a hands-on and intellectually curious AI Transformation Intern to help identify, scope, design, and deploy AI-powered solutions across COO Operations teams. The intern will report directly to the COO, and will work closely with the SVP TechOps Europe, who will provide use cases and project direction on an ongoing basis.
Key Accountabilities

Scope and document AI use cases in collaboration with operational teams and stakeholders, producing clear problem statements, solution designs, and business impact assessments

Support prioritizing AI use case opportunities across Equativ Operations

Design and prototype AI-powered workflows leveraging platforms such as Dust (Agentic AI), N8N (workflow automation), and no-code / low-code tools (e.g. Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex)

Deploy and iterate on AI solutions in close collaboration with operational team leads, ensuring adoption and measuring results

Produce clear and compelling documentation to communicate progress, learnings, and recommendations to the COO and relevant stakeholders

Participate in the AI Transformation on-going governance as relevant

You hold a Master's degree in business or computer science or are in final year

Pragmatic creative thinker: learns quickly, identifies solutions when facing problems, open to change

Continuous optimizer: analyzes facts, identifies successes and failures, drives change

Solid background in coordinating a variety of priorities in a fast-paced matricial environment

Ability to provide well-focused strategic and tactical plan that results in measurable success and better-than-market performance

Outstanding interpersonal skills
