Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering

• →Lead civil projects from scope and design through construction and closeout
• →Serve as a key client contact and build lasting relationships with municipal, agency, and private-sector clients
• →Work closely with senior leadership to gain knowledge of practice operations, strategic planning, and business development
• →Assume progressively greater leadership responsibilities in support of a planned succession strategy
• →Provide technical leadership and serve as Engineer of Record on applicable projects
• →Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, and project delivery
• →Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff while building a high-performing team
• →Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and help win new work and grow the WNY backlog
• →Partner with leadership on practice growth, strategic opportunities, and long-term planning
• →Maintain accountability for project profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and team performance

• 10+ years of civil engineering/project management experience
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering
• NYS PE license or ability to obtain within six months
• Leadership ability and interest in growing into a larger management role
• Water/sewer, site civil, municipal, or infrastructure experience preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• CADD and/or engineering design software experience a plus
• Valid NY driver's license
