Director of Claims-Ergon, Inc.

• →Lead and manage the enterprise claims function, including oversight of all casualty claims and related processes
• →Direct litigation strategy in coordination with outside counsel
• →Partner with business units to manage claims, gather documentation, and support effective resolution strategies
• →Oversee third party administrators and vendors, including performance management, audits, and contract oversight
• →Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim frequency and severity, including the use of analytics and reporting
• →Manage claims-related financial processes, including reserving oversight, bill review, and reimbursements
• →Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on claim trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement

• Bachelor's degree/Juris Doctor preferred
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in claims, litigation, or insurance, preferably within a large organization or law firm
• 3 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of casualty claims, litigation strategy, and workers compensation
• Experience managing third party administrators or outside counsel
