Requirements
~1 min read- Extensive knowledge of propane systems, appliances, and service practices
- Demonstrated leadership ability (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of safety regulations (HVAC or related field experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively both in the field and in a management role
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- CETP certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

- →Lead and develop your team – Hire, train, schedule, and mentor service technicians to perform at their best
- →Drive safety and compliance – Ensure full adherence to DOT, NFPA, and all regulatory standards
- →Be the go-to problem solver – Handle escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep customers satisfied
- →Keep things running smoothly – Optimize workflows, improve processes, and maintain accurate service records
- →Respond when it matters most – Oversee emergency service calls and support critical response efforts
- →Champion a safety-first culture – Lead by example and continuously raise the bar
