We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to analyze, design, and develop commercially viable end-to-end service solutions. This role is centered on delivering a customer-focused experience, meeting specific customer specifications and business needs. Our Service Architect will engage personally with customers, while also coordinating with our Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to ensure an optimised performance and service lifecycle. What you will do: \- Take responsibility for the overall end-to-end technical architecture of our services. \- Support customers through strategic decisions regarding infrastructure evolution and enhancements. \- Validate and approve the capacity and availability plans for the live network and IS/IT infrastructure. \- Drive innovation initiatives to provide improved or new services for our customer base. \- Ensure the maintenance of customer / Ericsson network solution documentation to support strategic decisions. \- Understand the operational management function for end-to-end planning, design, engineering, and optimization activities. \- Participate in governance meetings on engineering, optimization, and application development subjects. \- Coordinate the operational interface between planning and engineering delivery units and the customer's retained organization. \- Support special project requirement analyses and develop business proposals.
