Acceptance Governance Senior Specialist.Technical Procurement, Contracts & Commercial Control

Track & supervise the acceptance releasing process to ensure all the deliverables are with high level standard of quality to ensure sites certification and coherence with company’s standards.

• Tracking & supervising the acceptance releasing process and outsourced acceptance teams to ensure its timeliness and quality.
• Coordinates and reports with contractors & vendors and Etisalat internal teams(like acceptance and documentation and quality team) for the acceptance documentation to ensure received sites are with needed quality and contracted specifications.
• Releases Certificates (POC, RFS, PAC, &FAC) for the vendors & contractors after accepting their correctives actions ensuring coherence with the company policies.
• Efficient use of available resources to effectively achieve the team objectives.

• University Degree.
• Professional reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, Practical, creative and interpersonal skills.
• Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
• Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience.
• (Area of experience) working with GSM subcontractors, vendors or service provider.
