Civil Maintenance Supervisor.Administration

The role holder is accountable for Operation and Maintenance activities for the assigned
building\buildings, from the Civil, Electromechanical & light current point of view. In addition to
business expansions, renovations, enhancements & extensions.

Operation and Maintenance:
• Maintain an efficient property operation management enabling a flexible working environment
Enhancements:
 Main key player in renovation, and enhancements Projects, focussing on design, tender
specification and evaluation, materials selection implementation till handing over & delivery
Construction:
 Supervise construction works & contractor's performance on site
Internal Moves:
• Support all Etisalat Egypt internal moves within premises
Budget:
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX Efficiently

Bsc. In Engineering from a reputable University
 Good knowledge of the standard operating procedures of office buildings and initial
Maintenance processes of the main buildings' components. Aware of SLAs, KPIs & QEFs
of subcontractors.
 Managing technicians as well as third parties' technical teams.
Language Proficiency:
 Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
Problem Solving:
 Efficient capability in dealing with emergency situations and managing urgent inquiries
with flexibility on daily basis.
Innovation:
 Implement new maintenance policies and enhance the existing SLAs.
Skills & Abilities:
 Cross team collaboration, Strong negotiation, persuasion & analytical skills, Strong
technical skills, High problem solving and decision making skills, High customer focus &
presentation skills
 PC Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS project.

Project management certificate, PMP, Construction management
