Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting
- →Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads. Create account outreach plans in partnership with Account Executives and senior leadership counterparts and execute against plan
- →Proactively connect with prospects, schedule discovery calls, and introduce Account Executives to ensure continuity from initial outreach.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- →Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- 1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, with experience breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including navigating complex buying processes, multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality; motivated by results and ownership
- Skilled at uncovering customer challenges through thoughtful questioning and active listening
- Highly organized and methodical in managing outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is between $100,000 - $120,000, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 and variable commission. Your actual offer may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and internal benchmarks.
