- Knowledge of consumer account operations, risk, controls, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of banking operations experience, preferably within Deposit, Consumer, or Account Operations.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert (SME), team lead, or mentor.
- Experience with audit support, quality control, operational risk, reconciliations, or data integrity reviews.
- Experience supporting training, documentation, UAT testing, or process improvement initiatives.
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
