Digital Account Operations Specialist

• →Reviews and processes new client applications according to regulatory requirements related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
• →Validates client information using third-party verification tools such as Lexis Nexis and Experian. 
• →Performs advanced application research regarding client-submitted applications before onboarding and responding to client inquiries. 
• →Handles complex title applications such as trusts and states; handles existing client title change requests.
• →Performs client outreach utilizing verification tools to obtain necessary documents from the new client before onboarding; performs due diligence checks and questions related to client-submitted applications.
• →Ensures work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking policies and procedures.
• →Supports training of new team members.
• →Assists with user acceptance testing (UAT) where applicable.

• 2+ years of expertise in operational account services and customer support.
• Proven ability to navigate complex banking procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Skilled in performing detailed reviews and processing new client applications in alignment with KYC, CIP, and OFAC requirements.
• Adept at validating client information using third-party verification tools such as LexisNexis and Experian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various banking software applications, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.  

• High School Preferred
