Internship Influencer Marketing - Poland (m/f/d)

End-to-End UGC Management: You take full ownership of our external UGC pipeline. This includes sourcing the right creators, negotiating deals, sending out briefings, and ensuring every video meets our quality and performance standards.

Seeding & Micro-Influencer Scaling: You will identify and reach out to promising nano- and micro-influencers to build a massive network of organic, unpaid collaborations, scaling our brand visibility across Poland.

Internal UGC Creation: You are the face of our brand! You’ll produce high-energy, authentic User Generated Content (UGC) for our Instagram ads, tailoring every hook and transition to the Polish audience.

Briefing & Creative Direction: You translate brand goals into actionable creative briefings, guiding creators to produce content that doesn't just look good but actually converts.

Performance Analysis: You track the success of your creators and your own videos. You’ll analyze which hooks work best and use those insights to double down on winning content.
