Executive Director, Strategic Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director, Strategic Marketing, to join our Marketing Team reporting to the SVP, Marketing. This role plays a critical part in shaping Evolus' corporate presence as a major player in aesthetics, executing an innovative customer engagement strategy centered on Evolus' unique value proposition to the aesthetics industry. This individual will work with key HCP influencers at the local, regional, national, and international level, developing commercial relationships with external experts through effective targeting, 1:1 contact, and networking at relevant events. This role is responsible for driving and maximizing advocacy with all key stakeholders through structured engagement plans and tactics, in line with corporate and brand strategy.

• →Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• →15+ years of experience in a matrixed healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization, with a demonstrated track record of growth and success.
• →Extensive industry knowledge, long standing relationships in the industry and scientific knowledge capable of discussing clinical studies and including all products and brands and their pipelines.
• →Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• →Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• →Detail oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
• →Flexible and able to navigate ambiguity, succeeding in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• →Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate well with internal peers.
• →Strong project management skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $246,000 to $280,000 Percent. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan, terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
