QC Inspector III

The QC Inspector III plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for conducting detailed inspections and audits of products and materials to verify compliance with company specifications and industry standards. • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (such as ISO 9001), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Certification as a Quality Inspector (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) or equivalent.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with computerized quality management systems (QMS) and data analysis software.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within quality control.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
