Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (such as ISO 9001), and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Certification as a Quality Inspector (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) or equivalent.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with computerized quality management systems (QMS) and data analysis software.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within quality control.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
