Your work environment at EXP

In this hybrid role you will be a member of our Project Delivery team in our Major Projects Sector, be occasionally home-based or in one of our GTA offices and lead BIM & Digital Delivery Coordination on our current and future projects across North America.

We are seeking a Senior BIM & Digital Delivery Coordinator for our Major Projects team to assist with the development of Civil focused Autodesk software workflows and innovation ideas for a variety of clients. Duties include working with multiple engineering teams to provide coordination and implementation of complex Civil Engineering deliverables with a focus on BIM and IDD. This position will be responsible for the coordination of workflows utilizing 3D models and drawing data from multiple platforms to be shared with internal and external teams. This position will focus heavily on projects utilizing Autodesk Products including Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, and Recap in conjunction with cloud collaboration platforms such as ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud Design. Experience with Reality Capture equipment, workflows, and software as well as digital twin creation and management would be an asset. The position would be a remote/hybrid work environment.

What a day at EXP could have in store for you

• Lead Civil 3D production workflows and serve as the team’s subject matter expert.
• Support project teams in delivering work aligned with the ISO‑19650 Digital Delivery Framework.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce CAD/BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Provide guidance on interoperability between Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, InfraWorks, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads on large, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Create and deliver technical training, presentations, and workshops for internal teams and clients.
• Review project deliverables for quality, compliance, and alignment with client standards.
• Support workflows involving Reality Capture, point clouds, and digital twin environments.
• Act as a champion for emerging technologies, cloud collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What Your Experience Looks Like

• Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D production and design workflows.
• Advanced skills with Autodesk cloud solutions (ACC, Forma).
• Strong background delivering projects under ISO‑19650 or similar digital delivery frameworks.
• Experience working across multiple Autodesk platforms and ensuring interoperability.
• Demonstrated success supporting large or highly collaborative project teams.
• Skilled in developing and presenting technical content to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and validate client standards and project requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Reality Capture tools, workflows, and processing software.
• Familiarity with digital twins and modern collaboration ecosystems.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Confident technical leadership in Civil 3D project execution.

• Passion for mentoring, knowledge‑sharing, and supporting digital adoption across teams.

   

Technical Experience & Knowledge

• Associate degree or higher in an AEC or IT‑related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on civil engineering design technology.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D customization and automation (scripts, APIs, Dynamo, etc.).
• Understanding of IT system architecture and its relationship to design technology.
• Experience implementing large‑scale CAD/BIM standards.
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Navisworks, MicroStation, InfraWorks.
• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise.

The salary range for this role is between $71,450-$94,713. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
