Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate the network of various participants in the Management System
- →Administer and manage Management System publications and related tools
- →Promote the management system, ensuring widespread understanding and providing necessary support to users and process managers
- →Measure effectiveness and adherence to the governance of the Management System and certification policy
- →Developing presentations and compiling reports in preparation for monthly/quarterly Quality Management Reviews
- →Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the entity.
- →Act as the liaison for quality standards within the entity.
- →Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment plans.
- →Conduct Internal Audits:
- →Perform detailed internal audits to ensure processes comply with required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- →Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, non-conformities, areas for improvement, and follow-up actions.
- →Develop and follow up on action plans to address issues or non-conformities identified during audits.
- →Promote initiatives for sharing and capitalizing on knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- →Ensure the entity complies with relevant internal standards and external certification requirements, particularly ISO certifications and other regulatory requirements.
- →Create, update, distribute, and archive quality management documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a Quality Management System.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
