We are looking for a Account Receivable (AR) Admin Specialist for a Property management company client of ours.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support inbound and outbound calls with current residents with ledger related inquiries
- Provides centralized system support for A/R (accounts receivable) processes for company's residential communities
- Uses computerized system for monitoring, processing and/or auditing stages of the resident lease cycle
- Communicates with site Team Members, residents and prospects to ensure delinquency related processes are completed accurately and timely
- Ensures accurate record keeping and investigates/resolves inaccuracies per Operations Manual requirements.
- Responsible for completing tasks generated via work requests that come through a centralized mailbox and reporting.
- Assists with processing files and communicating with local counsel through eviction process due to delinquency and non-payment.

- History of building strong relationships with team members working in different locations.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- 1-2 years of related experience including retail, customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proven ability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Superb customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
- i5 11th Gen or higher
- Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
