Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Req
Associate's degree from an accredited College or university strongly Pref
3-4 years of related automotive experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
Demonstrate training and coordinating skills.
Demonstrate knowledge of current quality standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of quality practices and programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SmartSheet and Odoo (or similar ERP system)
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Organization, Prioritization Skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Resourceful problem solver who can quickly adjust to change
Problem solving skills (A3, 5W1H, Kaizen, etc.)
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required
