✅ What You’ll Do

Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Reviews and verifies time sheets including, but not limited to, attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
Keeps track of leave time for employees and enters all leave time into the payroll system for all employees.
And other various assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Must be able to operate computers programmed with company determined payroll software.
Must be proficient in basic math and calculator functions
Must possess good reading comprehension skills, and be able to write legible
Self-motivated, dependable, and quality oriented
