Go Kart Assistant - Russian Speaking

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to race controller and follow his order during the duty
• Make sure all the guests had their safety briefing & sign the disclaimer
• Assign in timing system, and post the payment at POS, and each guest should sign the bill with his room number
• Track and kart inspection at opening and closing
• Flag waving to alert participants to on-track incidents
• Monitoring track activity for hazards and danger
• Dealing with on-track incidents
• Recovering broken down and stranded vehicles
• Moving, fuelling and cleaning karts
• Issuing safety equipment to participants
• Helping to keep our venue presentable
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• Assist guests and always operate go karts in a safe and responsible manner
• Brief customers on track procedure and safety
• Maintaintrack appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management
• Ensure that the pit and track areas remain clean and safe
• Help racers suit-up for their race & make sure racers are buckled in their kart,
• Actively manage and monitor their race.
• Push up karts in pit area & move barriers after accidents
• Following each race, you will give racers their individual race results sheet and answer questions about how well they scored on their race.
• Assist other department if need it.

• Office Space:
• Permanent desk at the Kandima Maldives.
• Technological Support (Computer, Landline Phone Connection etc.):
• To be provided with landline phone connection, computer (with internet access and e-mail)
• General:
• Subject to the fact that you may from time to time be expected to work outside normal hours in order to meet reporting deadlines and take full responsibility of the department thereby extending his/her support whenever needed.

• Specific financial measures of performance:  To be agreed at each appraisal.
• Frequency of appraisal:  Performance to be appraised bi-annually.

Appraiser:  To be appraised by the Go Kart & Games Manager.
