This role is a fixed-term contract to cover a parental leave, with the employment period till December, 2026.

The Crew Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the end to end of the employee lifecycle and fostering a thriving environment for our creative talents. This position is also responsible for maintaining crew morale and well-being, promoting professional growth, and ensuring strong engagement with their roles. The Crew Manager reports to the Global Resource Manager and is part of the VFX Operations Management team. We operate on a hybrid model and would expect you to work onsite 2-3 days per week.

Resource Planning & Crewing:

Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to balance team expertise, and experience, ensuring effective artist crewing and scheduling.

Monitor and validate weekly resource reports, participate in resource meetings, and proactively address resource challenges and performance feedback.

Evaluate incoming resource demand versus current supply, identify capacity gaps, and initiate hiring requisitions with the Talent team as needed.

Maintain accurate schedules and utilization overviews for assigned artists and teams using G-Suite and Shotgrid, providing updates and availability as requested.

Liaise regularly with show producers to align on crew requirements, project timelines, and delivery dates, escalating supply risks or delays to senior management when necessary.

Employee Life Cycle Management:

Oversee all aspects of the artist employee life-cycle, including day-to-day queries, attendance, performance, feedback, career progression, show assignments, and contract extensions.

Manage onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes, ensuring proper integration and exit procedures are followed.

Collaborate with the Global Head of Resourcing and Talent team to proactively address and escalate people issues as needed.

Foster a culture of excellence, care, and empathy, serving as a supportive leader and brand ambassador for Eyeline Studios.

Performance Management, Development & Retention:

Initiate and lead end-of-show performance reviews with Leads, Show Production, and Supervisors, providing feedback focused on individual professional development in collaboration with the Head of Department and Talent team.

Collaborate with the Head of Department and Talent team to customize and implement training around feedback and artist’s career progression.

Motivate and care for the crew, assist in troubleshooting issues with the Talent team and other managers for best solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.

High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations to positive outcomes.

Demonstrated success working with diverse cultural backgrounds and skill sets.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at performing in fast-paced, high-change environments.

Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, and production tracking systems.

A strong interest in learning, development, and professional development management.

Understanding of visual effects workflows and industry trends is a plus.

리소스 플래닝 및 크루잉 (Resource Planning & Crewing):

부서장 및 이해관계자들과 협력하여 팀의 전문성과 경험의 균형을 맞추고, 효과적인 아티스트 크루 배치 및 스케줄링을 보장합니다.

주간 리소스 보고서를 모니터링하고 검증하며, 리소스 회의에 참여하고, 리소스 관련 문제 및 성과 피드백에 대해 선제적으로 대응합니다.

신규 리소스 수요와 현재 공급을 평가하고, 용량 격차를 식별하며, 필요 시 인재팀과 함께 채용 요청을 시작합니다.

G-Suite 및 Shotgrid를 사용하여 담당 아티스트 및 팀의 정확한 스케줄과 활용 현황을 유지하고, 요청 시 업데이트 및 가용성을 제공합니다.

쇼 프로듀서들과 정기적으로 소통하여 크루 필요 인원, 프로젝트 일정, 납기일을 조율하고, 공급 리스크 또는 지연이 발생할 경우 필요 시 경영진에 보고합니다.

임직원 라이프사이클 관리 (Employee Life Cycle Management):

아티스트 임직원의 라이프사이클 전반(일상 문의, 출결, 성과, 피드백, 경력 개발, 쇼 배정, 계약 연장 등)을 관리합니다.

온보딩, 오리엔테이션, 퇴사 프로세스를 관리하여 적절한 통합 및 퇴사 절차가 준수되도록 합니다.

글로벌 리소싱 총괄 및 인재팀과 협력하여 인사 이슈를 선제적으로 해결하고, 필요 시 보고합니다.

탁월함, 배려, 공감의 문화를 조성하고, Eyeline Studios의 지원적 리더이자 브랜드 홍보대사 역할을 수행합니다.

성과 관리, 개발 및 유지 (Performance Management, Development & Retention):
